Lay associates are a great support to the ACCC. In particular, associates’ dues and donations help us to sustain subsidies for seminarians. Seminarians are offered free subscriptions to our journal and discounted attendance at our annual conferences. There is strong interest in the Confraternity among seminarians and the newly ordained and their numbers continue to grow.
But our lay associates are especially valued not for their financial assistance, but for their moral and spiritual support. We hope to more than double our number of lay associates over the course of 2015-2016. To that end we have produced an attractive brochure which outlines some reasons for becoming a lay associate.
